😏🥰You can give yourself permission.
👂🧭Listen to your internal compass and body when you need space from something, and go outside-ground yourself feet to earth, breath fresh air (5, 10, 15 minutes at least). 🌳🌲🌸🌻🌻🪷
🎤🎙️Speak up for yourself, your needs and boundaries are important and need to be said, otherwise how are others to really know?
🥰🥳Be kind to yourself!
🙈😭It’s okay to be emotional and vulnerable- it allows people (the right people) in, and shows you who may not be right or supportive in your life (so maybe take a step back from them, and lean in to those people you get to show your true, unmasked self).
Think about it:
What would it be like if you allowed yourself to be vulnerable with others? Would people learn the true you? How would some respond or react to the unmasked version of you? What could you gain from expressing your boundaries clearly and effectively with others, so they know what you need/want in your relationship?
