MISSION OVERVIEW: Senior Living of Bedford, a non-profit organization, has been developing plans for a new senior living community to be built in Bedford, New Hampshire for two years. Bowman Place at Olde Bedford has been designed to bring the very latest innovations in residential housing and services to older adults. The project will provide apartments for seniors requiring assisted living or memory care services. The building will be built to health care standards and be licensed in New Hampshire for Supported Residential Care under He P 805.
CONSTRUCTION START DATE: October 2019
TARGET COMPLETION DATE: Spring 2021
BUILDING DESIGN: Bowman Place has been designed as a 95,000 square foot, three-story building with 105 apartments, including 36 apartments in memory care in two neighborhoods and 69 assisted living apartments. The main building will house numerous amenities, such as dining rooms, activity rooms, library/reading room, fitness room, game rooms and other common area spaces to be enjoyed by all residents.
