This holiday season has been truly amazing at Bedford Nursing & Rehab Center, and our hearts are full of gratitude and joy. ❤️🎄

We’ve been so fortunate to celebrate with our residents, families, staff, and community partners through so many special moments. From the beautiful music of Northern Voices A Ca****la to an incredible holiday luncheon generously hosted by the Bedford Rotary Club at the Manchester Country Club, every event brought smiles and holiday cheer.

Our staff went above and beyond with a festive holiday parade, followed by a joyful holiday party complete with a visit from Santa himself! We also loved capturing memories during our holiday photoshoot with residents, families, and staff, creating keepsakes we’ll treasure for years to come.

To top it all off, we were thrilled to welcome Tyler and Fungo, mascot of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, for a fun meet-and-greet that brought laughter and excitement to everyone.

As we welcome the New Year, we wish good health, love, laughter, and happiness to all of our residents and patients, families, and staff. Thank you for being part of the Bedford Nursing & Rehab Center family. Happy New Year to all! 🎉✨

📸 Holiday Photoshoot at Bedford Nursing & Rehab Center ✨

We had so much fun celebrating the season with a special holiday photoshoot featuring our amazing residents & staff at BNRC! Smiles were everywhere, laughter filled the room, and the holiday spirit was truly shining bright.

At BNRC, we’re proud to be a place where locals take care of locals, and moments like these remind us how special our community truly is. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so memorable for our residents! ❤️🎄

🎄✨ Holiday Cheer at Manchester Country Club! ✨🎄

Residents from BNRC – Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center were treated to a delicious sit-down holiday luncheon sponsored by the wonderful Bedford Rotary Club yesterday!

The afternoon was truly magical — from beautiful Christmas music performed by a lively 5-piece band, to festive dancers, to the thoughtful goody bags given to everyone. The gorgeous holiday decorations made the entire event feel warm and joyful.

Our residents had an amazing time, and we are so grateful to the Bedford Rotary Club and Manchester Country Club for creating such a special experience. ❤️🎁

🦃 A Heartfelt Thanksgiving at BNRC 🧡

Today, Bedford Nursing & Rehab Center hosted our first genuine family-style Thanksgiving dinner, and it was nothing short of beautiful. Our residents gathered around the table to share a homemade feast prepared with love — complete with fresh eggnog, apple cider, roasted turkey, savory stuffing, candied sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, and classic apple pie.

We began our celebration with Grace and a touching moment as our Resident Council President Charlotte led us in singing a special song performed by Katie Smith “God Bless America” . Our residents joined in singing along, filling the room with heartfelt voices — a moment that moved us all. 🎶

Afterward, everyone took turns sharing what they were thankful for — friends, family, the caring people at BNRC, the amazing food, and so much more. The room was filled with gratitude, laughter, and the warmth of togetherness.

These are the moments that make our community feel like family. 🧡

For more than two decades, Julie has led with compassion, strength, and an unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our residents. Her leadership inspires our team every day, and her heart for nursing truly sets the standard for excellence in our community.

👏 Thank you, Julie, for your loyalty, guidance, and the countless lives you've touched along the way. We are grateful for everything you do—and we’re excited to celebrate this amazing milestone with you!

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes 🇺🇸

Monday at BNRC Long-Term Care and Rehab Center, we proudly celebrated and honored our Veterans for Memorial Day. Their courage, sacrifice, and service to our country will never be forgotten. ❤️💙

Residents, staff, and guests gathered for a heartfelt coffee and donut social, followed by a special pinning and certificate ceremony to recognize each of our Veterans for their service and dedication.

A sincere thank you to Brookhaven Hospice for sponsoring this meaningful event and helping us pay tribute to the brave men and women who have served our nation.

🎃👻 BNRC Annual Halloween Celebration! 👻🎃

What a spooktacular time we had at our annual Halloween Party here at BNRC Long-Term Nursing and Rehab Center! Our residents, staff, and families joined in the fun for our costume contest and pumpkin decorating contest — and everyone got to vote for their favorites! 🎭🎃

The celebration wouldn’t be complete without some frightfully delicious treats from our amazing dietary team, who served up a feast of fried green beans, pretzels, fried mac ’n cheese, mozzarella sticks, and peanut butter cookies. 🍪🧀 Residents said it was “a feast like no other,” and we couldn’t agree more!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success. It was a day full of laughter, creativity, and community spirit — and we can’t wait to do it again next year! 🧡🕸️

🎀 Pink Out for a Purpose! 🎀

This Wednesday, our amazing long-term care & Rehab staff came together to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness by wearing pink! 💕

We’re proud to stand with all the brave individuals who have been affected by breast cancer — patients, survivors, families, and caregivers. Your strength inspires us every day. 🌸

A big thank-you to our team for joining in this important cause and spreading hope and awareness throughout our community! 💪💗

🏌️‍♂️ Rehab with a Swing! 🏌️‍♀️
Our Short-Term Care Rehab Department is taking recovery to the next level—on the green! 🌿

This week, our resident, Kevin enjoyed therapeutic golfing sessions designed to promote balance, coordination, strength, and FUN. 🏌️‍♂️⛳ From putting practice to adapted golf swings, our innovative rehab approach is helping residents build confidence and mobility while enjoying one of America's favorite pastimes.

We're proud to support recovery that’s not only effective but also meaningful and enjoyable. 🎯💪

🎣☀️ A Wonderful Day Out with Our Seniors! 🧺🌿

What a beautiful day we had enjoying a peaceful fishing and picnic trip with our amazing group of seniors! The sun was shining, the fish were biting (for some of us 😄), and the laughter was non-stop.

We shared stories, snacks, and smiles by the water, and it was heartwarming to see everyone so relaxed and happy. Moments like these remind us how valuable connection, nature, and simple joys can be. 💛

Thank you to everyone who helped organize and to all who joined – we’re already looking forward to the next one!

🐾 Exciting News! 🐾

We’re thrilled to welcome a very special member to our community- "Holiday" ( "Holi )— our very own soon to be therapy puppy! 🐶💕

This sweet pup is already spreading smiles, comfort, and lots of tail wags to our residents. Whether it’s cuddles, companionship, or just a friendly furry face, our soon to be therapy puppy brings joy to everyone they meet.

🌈✨ "There's no place like home..." ✨🌈

Today, we followed the Yellow Brick Road right into a magical celebration of National Wizard of Oz Day with our wonderful residents! 💛👠

From ruby slippers and tin men to flying monkeys and fields of poppies, our community came together to relive the timeless tale of courage, friendship, and heart. Residents enjoyed ice tea with keepsake cups, scrumptious munchkins, and a special screening of the beloved classic. 🎬🦁🤖👧

The joy on their faces reminded us that no matter where life takes us, the bonds we share make every place feel like home.

Thank you to our incredible staff for bringing the magic to life and to our residents for reminding us what true heart looks like. 💚
