Monthly Mediation January theme: Grounding in the Now. Verbal guided meditation and Shamanic drumming segment. Followed by shared thoughts and co-reflections.
Monthly Meditation with Linda at the lovely Wagon space will be on Wednesday, 1/28. 6:30-7:45 pm. Theme for the offering is "grounding in the now' to build a strong foundation for the year. This offering will include a guided verbal segment and a Shamanic journey with rattle and drum. No experience required. space is limited to 6. participants. (Three spots remain) $50
