Think you don’t know how to meditate? No worries! We have options for you! We offer Guided storytelling, crystal bowls, drumming, and quiet reflection all while being held in the space of an experienced Reiki healer.
Theme of the month: Getting reacquainted to the elements of Air, fire, water, and Mother earth. This offering with Linda includes a verbal guided meditation plus a crystal bowl and drumming segment to enhance the connection to the elements within. Trust the journey. 💫
