Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Stacy Williams and I am a licensed massage therapist, polarity therapy practitioner, and RYSE practitioner. I am currently practicing at Amala Wellness in Bedford, NH where I offer a variety of holistic modalities, but my passions are energy work and focused deep tissue work. In addition to RYSE, polarity, and massage, I also offer distance healing sessions. Outside of my practice I enjoy spending time outdoors, be it playing in the mountains, chasing waterfalls, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying a campfire with my husband and children. I also enjoy cooking, travel, live performances, and supporting my children in their artistic endeavors.
