Well folks, it's official!! Today is Dr. Farmer's last day seeing patients! Our office will be open for the next couple of weeks, as we pack up and complete record transfers, but we will no longer be available to see patients. We want to thank you for entrusting us with your health care over the years, it's truly been an honor.

If you would like to commemorate Dr. Farmer's retirement, we are having an open-house celebration on Sunday, January 7th, 2024, at the office. Come and go between 2-5 PM. We hope to see you there!

I imagine most of you know by now from our emails but in case you missed them... Dr. Farmer is RETIRING!!!

Our office will be open until the end of the year, our last day being 12/29/23, if you need to be seen before then, please call to schedule an appointment.

We are sad to see him go, but so excited for his next chapter in life!
