Did you know? We offer FREE COVID-19 test kits in the nursing division lobby during normal business hours (M-F 8:30am-4:30pm, closed from 12pm-1pm for lunch). Please take 1 bag per household and each bag includes 4 COVID-19 tests, 5 face masks, and an info card detailing the different symptoms between COVID-19, Flu, and a cold.

TODAY! IU Health Positive Link will be providing FREE HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis testing from 1pm-3pm for anyone that is interested. No appointment is necessary, testing takes 15-20 minutes and you will receive your results before you leave. Come in and take advantage of this opportunity!
