If you served in the active military, naval or air service and are separated under any condition other than dishonorable, you may qualify for VA health care benefits. Current and former members of the Reserves or National Guard who were called to active duty (other than for training only) by a federal order and completed the full period for which they were called or ordered to active duty may be eligible for VA health care as well. A winter storm for Jan. 25 & 26, 2026, with 12+ inches of snow is expected at VA Bedford campuses & clinics. Wind chill temps from -10 to -15 degrees are expected into the week. Facilities are expected to remain open, but Monday appts are being converted to virtual care when appropriate.

We need your help!
On May 3, 2026, VA Bedford and VA Boston, with the help of CDCE, will be hosting a Baby Shower for new Veteran mothers. This special event will provide support, essential baby items, and encouragement to women Veterans starting or expanding their families.
Your donation, whether financial or in-kind baby items, will directly benefit and support those who’ve served and are now stepping into motherhood.
If you or your organization would like to contribute, donations of new items may be brought to CDCE (formerly Voluntary Services) or to the Women Veterans Program Managers (WVPM) by April 24, 2026.
