We provide a patient-centered, hands-on approach to physical therapy, sports medicine, and industrial rehabilitation care in the convenience of your own hometown. Early ACL rehab has many crucial parts you don’t want to go easy on.

Quad activation and early weight bearing/gait normalization is going to set the rest of the rehab up for success. Other important things are gaining full knee extension range of motion. Next important is full knee flexion range of motion.

If any of these essentials are lacking, progress becomes more challenging (but not impossible!).
