As we celebrate World Embryologist Day it is important to look back at the history of IVF. On July 25,1978 Louise Brown, the first IVF baby, was born. The pioneers of IVF, Bob Edwards and Patrick Steptoe, were innovative but even more importantly had grit and determination. The birth of Louise followed over 300 failed attempts. Their persistence gave birth to our field and created hope for countless individuals and couples struggling with infertility.

Dr. Kevin had a special visit that was a heartwarming reminder of why we do what we do! Sydney and Jose brought in their beautiful identical twin girls, Cici and Esme, to meet Dr. Kevin and the CARE team — and to celebrate the incredible journey that brought them here. 💕👶👶

With June being Men’s Health Month, we wanted to bring awareness to an issue that affects nearly 50 million men in the United States.
