Here at Phoenix Rising each treatment session is custom tailored from a blend of Eastern and Western styles of massage and bodywork to achieve a harmonious working session, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and on the path of recovery for mind, body, and spirit. Lauren has continued her studies and is also a Reiki Master and Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist. NOTE: This is not a handicap accessible office as we are located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access. If you have mobility issues, I can arrange an out call appointment at your residence.

As we eagerly welcome spring and the changing of the seasons there are a few small changes to bring to your attention.
1 - The ONLINE CALENDAR is now open FIVE MONTHS in advance instead of the 3 months in the past. With the increase need of self-care and bodywork of both physical and spiritual in nature the demands on my calendar is at a point where I need to expand the online access to accommodate those seeking to book.
2 - WAITLIST- I must ask (nicely but firmly) for anyone wanting to be put on the waitlist to do so from my website. The online booking software now has an automatic waitlist functionality which will mean a more streamlined and accessible service for all. There is a notes section where you can add any details you want for the waitlist.
3 - Just a reminder that I will continue to monitor and adhere to all State and CDC COVID-19 protocols. This is not something I take lightly as myself and countless others have been able to remain open and serving all our wonderful clients by following the protocols. This past year has shown that by working together within the guidelines we have been able to successfully conduct "business as usual". Let us keep that dedication and positive thinking up!

Dear folks- the word has finally come out. I’ll be back in the office starting on JUNE 1st. I will be reaching out in a systematic way starting with the folks in March to rebook missed appointments. If you already have a June appointment on the books I will not be able to offer you another at this time due to the need to try to reschedule hundreds of missed sessions. My online booking feature will stay closed until I have been able to reach out and get folks scheduled. Please bear with me as I try to work as quickly as possible to get you all back onto the table in a safe and efficient manner. I will be over the weekend publishing new business procedures and protocols based off opening documents from the governor’s task force. Thank you all for patiently hanging on while I waited for the official green light to get back to in office services. Have a lovely weekend and see you soon!

Welcome to May all my lovely clients! With the continuation of "Stay At Home 2.0" I am sad to say the time is not here yet that I can welcome you back into the office. This situation is continuing to evolve as we progress deeper into the month and I hope to have a better idea of when it will be deemed safe to return to work.

I am able to do my energy/spiritual work and happily will work with you to book a reiki or tarot session. I am even teaching reiki classes for those who want to learn how to help aid your stress management during these times!

In addition, consider to support not just my small business but any mom & pop local business that misses you with the online purchase of gift certificates.

Cost for the class (levels 1 and 2) is $150. However if you arrange a small group of 2 or more the price is only $100 a person.

As we continue to assess and evolve with the COVID 19 situation we are finding ourselves having to embrace a longer period of being temporarily closed. Per the Governor's Executive Order #17 I will be scheduled to reopen MAY 4th. Please take this time to focus on keeping you and your family mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy as we navigate these unusual and confusing times.

Remember that I am still able to offer tele/email services for Tarot/Rune/Oracle readings.

Please continue to look to support your local small businesses during this period of extended shuttering with purchasing gift certificates online to be used when you can again visit your favorite places again. I have included a direct link to buy gift certificates off my FB page.
