Mission

Meghan, a New Hampshire native, grew up enjoying the vast outdoors and athletic activities of dance, gymnastics, equestrian riding and competitive body building. Prior to becoming an LMT, she had an online business as personal trainer and wellness coach.

Graduating from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH in 2018 with a Certification for Massage Therapy; is a licensed and fully insured LMT. As owner and lead Massage Therapist of Crystal Clear Essentials, Meghan prides her efforts of delivering each client into freedom in body, soul and spirit.

A Christian, she is helping her clients understand the simplicity of self-care on a natural level. Her mission with each individual her life path crosses is to help usher wellness back to the wholeness we are all intended to, by God. “Freedom of restrictions goes far past just physical,” she says, “and so it’s my destiny to deliver messages and freedom.” She groups together prayer, therapeutic touch, essential oils and acoustic music to elevate body, soul and spirit to it’s natural and supernatural healing potential, “With the help of God, of course.” (She winks)

God gave us everything we need to sustain good health and well being. We don’t need all of these synthetic alternatives, and that opinion doesn’t sit well with everyone, and that’s okay; but I’m a firm believer and witness to God’s supernatural healing power through the name and blood of Jesus, and the healing properties of His plants.”
