Lately I’ve been hearing the same thing from so many women:

“My skin just doesn’t feel as full as it used to.”

Lines seem deeper.
Pores look more noticeable.
Skin feels thinner or more textured — sometimes almost overnight.

For many women in their late 30s, 40s, and early 50s, this shift is often connected to perimenopause. As estrogen begins to fluctuate and decline, the skin produces less collagen and holds less water in the dermis. That loss of internal structure and hydration changes how skin looks on the surface.

This isn’t damage.
And it’s not something you did wrong.

Supporting skin during this phase isn’t about forcing change or “filling” the skin. It’s about supporting how the skin functions — from the inside out and at the cellular level.

That can include:
