I offer group classes, which I plan to update and post weekly, as well as private sessions that create a more in-depth opportunity to initiate healing. My healing journey began after a traumatic accident through which I received my first near-death experience. This unique opportunity fueled my passion for not only physical healing, but the connection it has with emotional and spiritual healing as well. I received my Reiki Practitioner Certification in 2014 , which is a form of energy work that catalyzes healing through relaxation and stress release, and have been offering sessions and classes ever since. I am also independently studying the fields of medical intuition and vibrational healing which are both natural methods of "tuning in" to our bodies needs through our emotions and spiritual inclinations. I love sharing these passions with people, especially through group classes and inspiring workshops that create a community of connection and deep-lasting healing. I look forward to the future and what the potentials are in all of these fields as the world yearns for something more than conventional methods of treating the surface. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and we are capable of life-transformative healing!
