Tuesday nights starting in June we will be learning a guided form of Meditation called “Tension Control”. This style of meditation assists in training the body to go to sleep easier and to stay asleep. We will work on learning this form of relaxation for Six weeks or until everybody is sleeping like babies through the night!😁

What is the truth..
Who are we when we’re alone?
Are we kind to ourselves?
Are we forgiving?
Are we evolving?
What is our truth deep down inside?
How do we get to know the truest innermost self..

We have to spend some time alone with just us. We need it to really hear our intuition, even when that is hard to trust that sometimes.

When we learn to trust it though, everything changes. There is a truth. When we spend all of our time telling the truth, trusting the truth, living that truth..what freedom!
Maybe we don’t always get everything we want..maybe it’s just not really meant for us.

Trust and have faith that the next amazing thing, adorable person, and inspiring experience is just around the corner, and watch as magic happens!

Gratitude, Appreciation, Satisfaction..if only we could always vibrate there! Staying in it, basking with joy and ease, and noticing each time we wobble, then remembering that truth inside to help us recalibrate.
Sharing our truth. Being true to ourselves in the most absolute beautiful way, and watching as the better it gets-the better it gets!

Is it some work..yes it is.
But you’re worth it! ♥️

Living in ‘The Way’ peaceful and centered.
Managing our emotions, which of course takes practice.
But most of all..getting to know ourselves on the deepest level, so we may move through this ever changing life with grace and ease!
