With the Virginia Ten Miler almost a week out, now is a great time to discuss any pain or discomfort you're having while running! Dr. Joe Spagnolo from our foot and ankle team will be hosting the Injury Clinic on Saturday, September 20, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Riverside Runners! The more WE know, the better we can treat our patients! The course, Certification of Applied Functional Science, focused on all things movement. Community Focus: Free Clinic of Central Virginia

Perfect weather and good food made for an enjoyable day of golf with Rehab Associates friends and colleagues! In honor of the winning team, Rehab Associates will donate $2,000 to the Free Clinic of Central Virginia, an organization that provides medical services to those who do not have the resources to obtain quality care. Congratulations to this year’s winning team: Joey Lyons, ATC, Josh Leslie, Matthew Rudder, PTA (Appomattox clinic), and Dr. Cam Light (Clifton clinic). Our patients get back to doing what they love! Mary suffered a knee injury on the pickleball court that led her to see Dr. Catherine Martin at our Clifton clinic. A few weeks into therapy, Mary was back playing pickleball and clogging!
