Congratulations to Addison for graduating from PT today. It was a 9 month grind for a recovery from an ACL repair but, her dedication and hard work has paid off. She will be returning to softball this fall and we expect great things from her.

Hit some blood flow restriction training today. We use it a lot in the office for rehab to stimulate muscle growth and decrease joint stress. It’s also great for performance training. You get the effect of high intensity training using light weights and a crazy pump. 💪
