Advanced Injury Treatment Center opened its doors in December of 1999 and has been in continuous operation for the last 15 years providing chiropractic and physical therapy rehabilitation to the residents of Bedford and the surrounding communities in Southern NH. Hit some blood flow restriction training today. We use it a lot in the office for rehab to stimulate muscle growth and decrease joint stress. It’s also great for performance training. You get the effect of high intensity training using light weights and a crazy pump. 💪

"AITC continues to be a very special physical therapy practice that provides highly competent and personalized evaluations and rehabilitation services. The philosophy of care at AITC centers on a commitment to “take care of the patient” and not just “see the patient” that was clearly demonstrated in all of my sessions. The office is set up to be efficient (every session started on time with no delays) and is focused on optimizing patient experience and outcome.

Brian Looney, DPT, DC is a talented clinician and therapist. His experience and treatment plan allowed me to heal, learn and feel supported in my time of need. Starting at our initial consultation, Brian took an active interest in my health and treatment goals. He reviewed my records and imaging, completed a thorough history, performed a careful physical examination and created a recovery regimen that was personalized and focused on my injury. His style, approach and positive attitude were inspiring. The combination of directed soft tissue mobilization, stretching and strength training has allowed me to return me to the best version of myself.

With every appointment, the office manager Chrisy made me feel that I was important and she always greeted me by first name and welcomed me for each of my sessions. She was incredibly professional, pleasant and always flexible to meet my scheduling needs. She was an integral part of a wonderful patient experience at AITC.
