At Light of Hearts Villa, every day is about caring for our residents with compassion, dignity, and joy. Our newly released 2025 Impact Report shares the story of what that mission looked like over the past year.

Inside the report, you’ll find meaningful stories of residents and families, highlights from community events and outreach, and a look at the incredible people who make the Villa such a special place. It also offers a transparent overview of our finances... including the $871,416 raised in 2025 to support our mission and residents.

More than numbers, this report reflects the heart of the Villa: a vibrant community where residents are cherished, relationships flourish, and generosity makes it possible for us to continue serving seniors with love and dignity.

Creativity is blooming at the Villa! 🌸

Our residents have been busy enjoying some wonderful activities lately... from creating beautiful collage craft boxes out of recycled cigar boxes (such a cool idea thanks to our amazing volunteer Dianne, who always brings the most creative projects!) to painting colorful hummingbird sun catchers that sparkle in the light.

And of course, the little blooms popping up around our grounds are giving us all a glimpse of spring and getting us excited for warmer days ahead. ✨

A lovely afternoon in full bloom! Our Cherry Blossom Ladies Tea was filled with beautiful moments… Warm conversation, delicate treats, and the simple joy of spending time together. The room looked stunning in shades of pink and springtime blossoms, and it was wonderful to see so many smiles around the table. 🌸✨

Check out this historic throwback photo of the grounds that are now part of Vincentian Pathways.

For generations, the Vincentian Sisters of Charity cared for this land with deep love and intention. These grounds were places of reflection, prayer, and connection with nature.

As spring begins to awaken the landscape once again, we’re inspired by the legacy of the Sisters and the vision to restore these pathways for the community to enjoy for generations to come. 🌿

What a beautiful morning at our annual egg hunt event! ✨

We loved welcoming so many families to the Villa for egg hunting, delicious bites from our amazing dietary team, fun crafts, and so many smiles. The balloon creations by Weekley Twists and incredible face painting by Cleveland Parties, LLC were a huge hit!

A special shoutout to our Life Enrichment team member Dawn for being the best Easter bunny, and to all of our wonderful volunteers who helped bring this event to life.

These days are truly the BEST… celebrating Easter together is such a blessing 💙

Feeling lucky and full of joy at the Villa today! 🍀

We celebrated St. Patrick’s Day surrounded by beautiful shamrock linens, festive green décor, and lots of smiles. Residents enjoyed a delicious lunch of corned beef and cabbage, followed by some spirited St. Patrick’s Day bingo!

Hop on over to Light of Hearts Villa on Saturday, March 28 from 10 AM – noon for a fun-filled morning of Easter egg hunts, crafts, treats, and a special visit from the Easter Bunny! 🐰

It’s been a fun and full month here at Light of Hearts Villa! 💙

Our residents kicked off the LOHV Olympics with an opening ceremony, team spirit, friendly competition, and so much laughter. From creative challenges to high-energy games, the joy was contagious... and the activity center looked amazing with vibrant country flags lining the room!

We also enjoyed a peaceful and elegant Cherry Blossom Ladies Tea! The tables were filled with beautiful blooms, sweet treats, and warm cups of cherry blossom tea - the perfect setting for conversation and connection.

So grateful for our incredible Life Enrichment team for filling our days with creativity, joy, and community. ✨
