Happy Birthday, Sister Regina! 💙

Today we celebrate the wonderful Sister Regina Kusnir, SC — a cherished part of our Light of Hearts Villa family for the past 20 years!

Even before officially joining our team two decades ago, Sister Regina played a crucial role in guiding the transformation of our building from Lumen Cordium High School into the vibrant senior living community we know today. Her vision, leadership, and heart have shaped the Villa in countless ways.

From her devoted leadership in Pastoral Care to her gift for making every person feel valued and seen, Sister Regina’s gentle spirit and unwavering dedication have touched the lives of residents, families, and team members alike.

On your birthday and throughout this milestone year, Sister Regina, we are grateful beyond words for you. You make the Villa brighter every single day, and we are so blessed to celebrate YOU!

Our annual Resident & Staff Patio Picnic was a blast! 🎉☀️

With perfect weather, delicious food, and live music from The Monotones (a resident favorite every year!), it was a day full of joy, laughter, and community. Huge shoutout to our incredible dietary team for the mouthwatering spread... and to our entire staff for making it such a fun and special day for everyone! 💙

From a delicious grilled lunch and beach volleyball to festive décor, treats galore, Santa sightings, and Christmas karaoke - today was pure JOY! Huge shoutout to our incredible Life Enrichment and Dietary teams for making it all so magical. Your thoughtful touches brought big smiles to our residents' faces! 💙

Stars, Stripes, and Smiles! Our residents celebrated the 4th of July in style with a festive back patio cookout, lots of laughter, and a surprise visit from our patriotic eagle mascot! It was a joyful day filled with sunshine, great food, and red, white, and blue spirit here at Light of Hearts Villa. 🦅❤️💙
