Nearly 2 million Americans were diagnosed with cancer in 2025, and about 40% of those cases were linked to preventable risk factors. Smoking, excess body weight, physical inactivity, and too much sun exposure all play a role.

Important announcement for members using the Family and Friends option for transportation to non-emergency medical appointments: Effective February 1, 2026, you must register your driver in order to keep getting money back for your trips.
The new Driver’s Form can be found at https://www.mtm-inc.net/mileage-reimbursement/ or at https://www.nhhealthyfamilies.com/members/medicaid/resources/handbooks-forms.html under the Member Forms section.
Don’t forget to send a copy of their license with the form. For questions call MTM at 1-888-597-1192.
