Our office will be closed Monday January 26,2026 due to the weather to keep our patients and staff safe. Scheduled patients will be contacted to reschedule. The phone lines will be monitored throughout the day so please leave a message and staff will return your call.

Please take note that the office will be closed starting Tuesday Dec 23rd at 4 pm and not reopen until 8 am Monday Dec 29th so that the staff can enjoy the Christmas season with their families. The medication refill line will be checked periodically however we ask you call your refill request by 2 pm Tuesday Dec 23rd so we can ensure you have your medication before Christmas. As always our office is staffed by an on call provider when closed.
