Love, love, love playing with fondant and with the decorating details!

Those little fun trees made me happy... No, really.

Call me silly, but I found little things, when we pay attention to them, actually can make us happy. What do you think?

In cake decorating, for instance, details are make a difference, isn’t it true? They are like those magic sparkles that create or change the mood.

If you’d like to see more tips on the techniques were used in decorating this cake please let me know. I’ll start sharing more tips. 🙂

Playing with ingredients at hands while on quarantine. Made this easy improvised dessert 🙂 You can use and substitute however you want.

Coco-Mocha Crumb Cup

Crispy bread crumb plain
Cocoa raw
Coffee instant
Stevia sweetener
Butter melted
Walnuts crushed

All mixed and bakes in the oven for 20 minutes or, possibly, roasted on the skillet on the stove (?)

Garnish:
Creamer of your choice, used coconut/almond

Optional:
Yogurt, used honey sweetened
Chocolate chips, used stevia sweetened
Ice cream cubs, used keto

How to:
Mix it together. That’s all! 🙂

Surly, besides surprise for her groom with his favorite dog made out of cake with doggie's favorite toys the Bride had her own cake too :)

By the way, the credits for this milestone cake. This cake was a result of combine efforts of multi talented cake pros: Danny, Sarah, Elena and yes, Dasha :):)

Cindy + Tim. Folks are crafting their own beer for the guests. 20+(?) kinds. It tastes amazing! Just like all this day with them, there everything tastes like Love. Even the air.

Oh yea, our cake goes very well with the beer as well! :)
