I feel like publicly reviewing Google reviews should become a trend. The good the bad the ugly. Let’s hear it.

Truth: I genuine love my patients and these reviews mean the world to me.
Truth: I love my job and would never want to be doing anything else. I am BLESSED to be able to help all my patients.
Lie: I did not buy these pajamas while under the influence of anything at all.

Pelvic floor PT isn’t just a ‘women’s thing’ — it can help you get back to living, lifting, and laughing without symptoms holding you back.

Save this (or share it quietly with the guy who needs to know 👀).

So you can deadlift 300 lbs but still p*e during jump rope?
let’s discuss...

If you’re working out but:
➡️ Leaking mid-exercise
➡️ Feeling heaviness or pressure in your pelvis
➡️ Watching an alien exit your abdomen when you do V-ups or planks...

…your body isn’t broken, but your pelvic floor and pressure system might need a little retraining. 🫠

Pelvic floor dysfunction doesn’t care how strong your quads are. And Kegels aren’t gonna save you.

💩 Let’s talk about… skidmarks. Yep, the little streaks in your un**es that no one wants to mention but *your body is trying to tell you something.*⁣⁣
⁣⁣
If you’re seeing regular skidmarks, it might mean:
🚩 Incomplete emptying
🚩 Pelvic floor dysfunction
🚩 Decreased a**l sensation
🚩 Chronic straining or constipation⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It’s not just a laundry problem—it could be a pelvic health problem.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✨ What to do:
✔️ Stop ignoring it
✔️ See a pelvic floor PT
✔️ Work on bowel mechanics + pooping posture
✔️ Get support—pro tip: squatty potty

🧻 Your pelvic floor is worth paying attention to—even when it’s whispering through your underwear.

Recently, a newly postpartum client came to me feeling confused and dismissed—she knew something felt off. Her OBGYN told but her everything was fine after her in office exam. She felt pressure, like something was falling out of her. SHE KNOWS SHES NOT CRAZY.

My first question: did she only assess you lying down?

But here’s the thing: prolapse often doesn’t show up when lying flat.
Once we assessed her in a standing position, the prolapse was clear. Her symptoms finally made sense.
Pelvic health isn’t one-size-fits-all. This is why a functional, whole-person approach matters—and why you deserve to be heard, seen, and properly assessed.
👉 If your symptoms are being brushed off, don’t give up. Pelvic floor PT can offer clarity, validation, and a path forward.

Feeling tight, tense, or “off” down there? 😬 You might be dealing with a tight pelvic floor—and no, it’s not the same as being strong.
➡️ A pelvic floor that’s always clenching can cause:
• Leaking (yes, you read that right)
• Pain with s*x or any vaginal pe*******on
• Constipation or straining
• Pelvic, hip, or tailbone pain
• symptoms of a UTI without a UTI

Your pelvic floor should move, contract and relax—just like any other muscle group. Constant tension = dysfunction.
If this sounds like you, it’s time to stop squeezing and start releasing. 💆‍♀️

✨ Pelvic floor PT can help you breathe better, move easier, and feel like yourself again.
