We’re all feeling warm and content this evening, knowing our diligence paid off. Our very first Petite Retreat held at the beautiful Lamington School House was a success — filled with moments of stillness, movement, reflection, and nourishment.

Together, we explored the energy of the METAL element through gentle yoga and grounding qi gong, letting breath and body guide us into the season. We took time to journal our thoughts and intentions, shared stories in circle, and enjoyed a delicious, healthy lunch made with fall’s healing flavors. Each piece — from mindful movement to nourishing food — supported us in the kind of deep reset that only happens when we create space for it.

Our New Massage Therapist!

We are so excited to welcome Meredith to our team! Originally from Ohio and now based in Rockaway, NJ, Meredith brings her passion for therapeutic touch and her belief in the body’s ability to heal through relaxation.

With a deeply compassionate approach, Meredith tailors each session to your individual needs — taking the time to listen before and after every massage to ensure truly customized care. Her therapeutic style blends Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques, melting away stress and tension while helping the nervous system find calm and balance.

Meredith is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Style), a gentle yet powerful technique that supports immune health, fluid balance, and overall well-being. Her own healing experience with MLD inspired her to share its restorative benefits with others.

When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find Meredith enjoying life’s simple pleasures — hiking, dancing, crafting, book clubbing, and sipping cappuccinos at her favorite local spot, Maximo’s — alongside her partner and two adorable cats, Pablo and Sploot.

Our patients are what make this practice so special, and not a day goes by without a deep sense of gratitude for each and every one.
18 years ago an extraordinary woman came through the door and yesterday we got to celebrate her at her memorial. I will treasure the time we spent together during her weekly visits and the joys and sorrows we endured along the way.
