Cold & Flu Herbal Tea!
Pictures are before and after I used the mortar and pestle. It is wild how it makes the aroma so vibrant.

What a difference between just mixed herbs and herbs mixed using my new mortar & pestle set.
It is amazing the aroma it releases, and opens the herbs for more of their healing powers to be released!
