This message is for everyone--for all of us. It is especially the caregivers, the deep feelers, the helpers, and the mothers.
You are carrying so much.
Try and release something today. Just one thing.
Maybe it means taking a brief (or long) hiatus from the news cycle, setting down your phone for a quiet walk, or allowing someone to support you while you take a moment (or morning/afternoon/evening) to care for yourself.
Take it easy for a moment. How does it feel to let something go that feels so heavy?
