What is something you might let go of that has been weighing too heavily on you? Even a small shift in daily thinking can support a whole new perspective. You might choose to let go of the expectation you have for that first Halloween costume or work email to be "perfect" before sending it. It might be waiting to respond to a request until you have capacity. It might mean letting go of contstantly being available to someone or something that isn't serving you... Whatever it is, try it out. Let go of one small thing. See how it feels.

It is officially a new month!
Fall is more of a feeling and less like weather in Central Texas.
It is my favorite season. 💛
There is at lease one gorgeous yellow ginkgo biloba tree dropping its leaves where I can literally see the season change.
It is a physical reminder to pause, admire the newness of this upcoming season and think about what we can let go of that isn't serving us right now.
