"I've tried everything."
I hear this a lot. And I believe the people who say it. They have tried a lot.
Physical therapy. Massage. Chiropractors. Injections. Some have had surgery. Pain management. Anti-inflammatories for years.
Here's what "everything" almost never includes.
A structural analysis of the spinal column using postural X-ray to measure actual curve loss. Not just a standard X-ray looking for fractures or obvious pathology -- a specific assessment of whether the normal lordotic, kyphotic, and lordotic curves are present, preserved, and loaded correctly.
Most imaging in back pain patients looks for damage. It doesn't measure structural deviation from normal.
Chiropractic Biophysics is one of the few treatment approaches specifically designed to restore those curves. Not stretch the muscles around them. Not inject the joints around them. Restore the structural architecture that distributes load correctly.
When the structure is off, everything downstream from it goes wrong. Repeatedly. That's why the pain keeps coming back despite all the treatment.
If you've genuinely tried everything and nothing has held, the question worth asking is whether the structural dimension has ever been measured and addressed.
In most cases, it hasn't.
