Lewy body dementia goes beyond problems with thinking and movement…it can also cause those affected to see or hear things that are not really there.
If someone you know with Lewy body dementia who is:
• Seeing people in the room who are not there,
• Mistaking their reflection in the mirror to be a separate person, and/or
• Hearing voices or footsteps that are not there
These may be hallucinations associated with Lewy body dementia.
