Day 3 of Rise & Thrive Women's Retreat was even more wonderful than we could have hoped for! Morning Movement with Hannah Paulson Wells on the grass. Caroline Sam Ellis Younge led us in a class on Manifesting. The day finished with a wondeful art project and keepsake courtesy of Samm Marshall & Afton Yount.

What a fantastic weekend with some beautiful ladies!

"Day 2" of the Rise & Thrive Retreat!

Our ladies were serenaded by the sounds of rain and thunder during Morning Movement with Hannah Paulson Wells. Followed by a super fun Creativity session by Afton Yount & Samm Marshall. More delicious food by Chef Shane! A wonderful talk by Genevieve Books in which we learned from her 97 years of knowledge. Regression class with Caroline Sam Ellis Younge and a class on Accessing Your Spirit Team by Afton. We wrapped the day with a Women's Circle focusing on our ancestors.

It has been a wonderful weekend of sisterhood and personal growth! 💞

Thank you for an amazing "Day 1" of the Rise & Thrive Retreat! Our ladies were pampered with swag bags, a delicious dinner by Chef Shane, Hypnosis class with Caroline Sam Ellis Younge , and an epic Soundbath by Afton Yount & Samm Marshall .

It has been a wonderful weekend of sisterhood and personal growth! 💞
