Beersheba Springs Medical Clinic

Founded on November 21, 2010, the Beersheba Springs Medical Clinic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organiz

The Clinic vision is to provide comprehensive ambulatory medical services for the community including Diagnosis and treatment of acute episodic illnesses. We provide on-going supervision of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and depression. Our services also include minor wound management; stabilizing more serious injury patients, and arranging appropriate hospital and or specialist referral. We offer prenatal care; well-child care; school physicals, and family planning along with health education including nutrition counseling, weight control and smoking cessation.

We’re happy to share that Ashley Harper will now be offering Virtual Visits for patients who need to be seen.

✅ This week, Ashley will be available for Virtual Visits:
• Today, Tuesday, September 16th
• Tomorrow, Wednesday, September 17th

✅ We will also have a provider available in the clinic on Thursday, September 18th.

🚨🚨Due to staff illness the clinic will not be open tomorrow September 2nd. If you had an appointment tomorrow our Patient Care Coordinator will be reaching out to you to reschedule. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to be open for patients on Wednesday September 3rd.

🎉🎉🎉 We are excited to announce Katelyn Nolan has completed her Medical Assistant Apprenticeship. She has put in many hours doing classwork and on the job trainings to make this happen. We are so proud of her and her accomplishments! Everyone join us in Congratulating her!

Good morning BSMC patients!

The central air unit in the Medical Clinic is currently not working. We have improvised and have clinic set up in the Dental Clinic next door. We are hoping to have the medical clinic up and going by the end of the week and will update everyone once it is fixed.

Also we DO have a provider Today (August 20th), Tomorrow (August 21st) and Monday (August 25th). If you are needing to be seen give the office a call or as always we do accept walk-ins.

Attention Patients!

Our provider will be out of the clinic for a few weeks but we have a PRN provider that will be here to help with patient care until her return. Our clinical staff will be at the clinic our normal open days, Tuesday-Friday 8am-4pm, to assist with refills and patient questions.

We ask for patience as we navigate through the next few weeks.

As some of you may have noticed our provider Ashley Harper was out of the clinic the past 2 weeks. She spent her time away serving the people of Guatemala on a mission trip. This is what she had to say about her trip.

“So proud to have served the people of Guatemala and shared the name of Jesus along side my family! My youngest patients were 26 day old triplets 👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻 and my oldest patient was 90 👵🏻.”

We are so proud to have a provider who dedicates so much time serving those in need!

The provider at The Beersheba Springs Medical Clinic will be out of the office this week. We will still be able to refill medications if you are current on your follow up visits.

We do have a provider coming this Friday 7/18 if you need to be seen.

🏅 The time has come for our 10th Annual Dash to the Door! 🥇

This can be a competitive/non competitive 5k or just a 3 mile stroll to the Great Stone Door and back.

This year we have set a goal to raise $50,000 to go towards the clinic. This goal is only achievable with the help of you! It is a $20 entry fee for non-competitive and a $25 entry fee for competitive.

Please help us continue to serve the community with FREE Medical and Dental care.

earned this rating by attesting that we have policies and procedures in place to provide quality care for our patients.

We are extremely proud of the quality of care our staff and volunteers do here every day. We couldn't achieve this Gold Rating without the help from our supporters as well!
