Great Job Mercy Flynn FNP-C 👏👏👏

We are excited to introduce Mercy Flynn, FNP-C, a Family Nurse Practitioner and dedicated healthcare leader serving Beeville and surrounding communities. As the owner of two walk-in clinics, she has spent decades expanding access to compassionate, patient-centered care.

With a career rooted in service, leadership, and resilience, Mercy is passionate about strengthening community health and empowering others through care and education.

Join us on March 24 from 5:00–8:00 PM at Coastal Bend College in Beeville for Women’s History Month: Diamonds of Distinction. The evening will feature a resource fair, light bites, and a panel of inspiring women leaders.

Learn More About Mercy Flynn FNP-C

Mercedita (Mercy) Flynn was born and raised in Zambales the Island of Luzon, in the Republic of the Philippines. She lived in this island nation for 21 yrs. She became a U.S. Citizen and moved to the Island of Guam. She lived in Guam for 3 years.

She settled in Beeville, Texas and soon entered to Bee County College License Vocational Nurse program and graduated 1992. She then worked as an LVN at the Bee County Regional Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit, working 12 hours shifts five days a week. Simultaneously, she attended New York Regents College on line, culminating in an Associate Applied Science in Nursing and achieve her license as a Registered Nurse. She became a Shift Coordinator and continued to work as charge nurse in the Emergency Room. In 2001, she decided to come back to Coastal Bend College to share her knowledge and experience as Nursing Coordinator/Instructor in the LVN program. She continued to work in the ER and achieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A & M-Corpus Christi. She became the Director of Nursing in Medical Surgical Floor and Director of Emergency Room.

Not satisfied, she again returned to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and attained her Masters of Science in Nursing and her Family Nurse Practitioner-C license soon after. She never stops learning; she continues to accumulate her knowledge on Sexual Assault Forensic Examin, Death Investigation and Photography, and Dermatology.
