The first picture was 2018, best shape of my life and I had BIG goals for that year. A month after this picture was taken, life took a little turn, I stopped taking care of me and took care of others for over a year, then I became sick and in the hospital, then covid and here came the weight gain with the extra weight came the extra pain on my body that unfortunately, cancer had already gave me! No self control with food no control on how I thought of myself. The next 3 pictures are from May 2022 the start of my new journey, July 2022 and August 2022. I know how hard it is to start, but, I also know hard work gives you a great ending. Changing my mindset and nutrition was the biggest factor for the start of this journey, next my training. Don’t skip meals, do eat 5 small meals a day, every 3 hours. You can not out work a bad diet.
