Please be advised we have a new after-hours triage service for our patients starting today. There is a new dedicated phone line after hours that has been updated. If you call our office after hours the new number will be given to you.

In observance of Christmas, the office will be closed Thursday, December 25th. We will be open a half day for acute visits on Wednesday, December 24th. We also will be open for acute visits on Friday, December 26th. There is a provider on call for emergencies.
