Fascia Release & Acupuncture
This is a great class for chronic and acute body aches and pain. Learn techniques to help release fascia tissue adhesions, while improving circulation, joint mobility, and proprioception.
Acupuncture add-on option to enhance the effects of the class by utilizing acupuncture points to alleviate pain and regulate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

Community Acupuncture
Come relax in our zero-gravity chairs with soft music while receiving an individualized acupuncture treatment.
