Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Manager to join our team and drive business development efforts across the Maryland market. This role combines relationship building, community outreach, and consultative sales to connect families with appropriate senior living solutions while building partnerships with healthcare providers, senior communities, and referral sources.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation
* Competitive hourly rate: $25-35/hour (full-time equivalent $52,000-$73,000 annually)
* Performance-based commission: $400-600 per successful placement
* Potential annual earnings: $75,000-$120,000+ based on performance
