Important Information for those who have coverage through the Maryland Health Connection. This year's open enrollment could be more important than ever.

Marylanders may see the cost of their 2026 health plan go up. The federal government will no longer provide the extra savings that many Marylanders use to help pay for part of their premiums. Although other savings will still be available, this change will increase costs overall.

If you received premium tax credits in 2024, you must file your 2024 tax return and IRS form 8962 to stay eligible for savings in 2026.

Emails will go out from our office around the 5 week mark from now and it's important to schedule time using our calendar link to discuss 2026 coverage. Reach out with any questions prior and enjoy the rest of your summer.
