what makes this place feel different isn’t just who’s teaching the class or what sequence they are sharing -
it’s about what happens before & after you roll out your mat.

the friendships that start here and ripple beyond...

the heart of everything we do at LES.

our teachers aren’t just incredible at what they do on the mat. they create safety, laughter, permission, strength & space to be exactly who you are when you walk through our doors.

what classes are you pre-registered for?

LES weather policy:
if our teachers can’t get to class safely, we cancel.

we do consider harford county public school closures and delays,
but they’re not a hard rule. decisions are always based on safety
and the comfort level of our community.

any cancellations or delays will be shared via mindbody + social media.

this is also why pre-registration matters so much - if you’re signed up for class and have an updated email on file,
you’ll receive an email notification if your class is canceled.

snow is coming - now’s the perfect time to double-check
your mindbody settings and make sure your contact info is up to date.
