📣 Staff Update – With a Heavy Heart 💙

It is with a heavy heart that we share some bittersweet news — Jason Crowl, NP, will be leaving our team, with his last day being June 20th. Jason has decided to step away in order to have a more flexible schedule this summer, and while we completely support his decision, he will be deeply missed by all of us — team and patients alike.

The good news? We're already actively interviewing for a new provider and are committed to making the transition as smooth as possible for everyone.

In the meantime, we’re incredibly lucky to have two amazing Nurse Practitioners on staff who are here to provide continued care and support during this time of change.

We know how much the community loves Dr. McCoy, and we truly appreciate your trust in him for your healthcare needs. However, in order to continue providing top-notch care to his current patients and ensure timely follow-ups, we must make the difficult decision to close Dr. McCoy's patient panel for the time being. As a result, he will not be accepting new patients at this time.

Rest assured, our talented Nurse Practitioners are still accepting new patients and are more than capable of providing the excellent care you deserve. Dr. McCoy is always available to our staff for guidance, and our team works collaboratively to ensure you receive the best possible healthcare experience.

We just wanted to make a post and update our patients in regards to the weather we are expecting early tomorrow morning. We will be keeping a close eye on the weather and as of right now, we will be opening on time at 8AM. In the event that we will open late, we will update our Facebook and also our phone system. Good afternoon!

We previously had an issue regarding our patient portal(MyMedicalLocker) and patients requesting refills through the prescription tab in My Medical Locker. This issue has now been resolved, and we are now receiving all of the past requests. Please disregard any messages you receive in regard to “Your prescription refill request has been denied.”
