Chocolate Avocado Pudding 🍫🥑

Sharing this ridiculously easy & so good recipe on this BRIGHTER (wink 😉, thanks daylight savings) Sunday!

We’re obsessed—because 1️⃣ who doesn’t love chocolate? and 2️⃣ we could all use a little extra fiber, right?
Even if you don’t like avocado, trust me, you’d never know it’s in here. Just pure, creamy, chocolatey goodness!

✨ Recipe:
🥑 2 ripe avocados, pits removed
🍫 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
🌱 1 tbsp h**p seeds (optional)
🥛 ½ cup milk (I like unsweetened vanilla almond)
🍁4 tbsp pure maple syrup
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract***

➡️ Blend everything until smooth, adding more milk if needed. Taste & adjust for more chocolate, sweetness, or vanilla! Refrigerate up to 4 days & enjoy chilled.

Special dietitian spotlight tonight for another one of our fearless leaders, Samantha 😍

Samantha is the Director of Operations, and also the head of both the general and GI teams here at Nourish 💚💛

Outside of work, Samantha loves traveling, hiking, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and most of all spending time with friends and family 🫶🏼

Her absolute favorite food is sushi - always! 💯

Samantha’s favorite thing about working at Nourish is watching it grow from a small company to what it is today!

This meal can be thrown together in under 30 minutes ⏰

Check out the details:
- Lemon Arugula salad kit
- chicken meatballs, sautéed
- 1.5 lb bag of small potatoes, roasted in olive oil, lemon juice and seasoned to taste
