Do your feet get tired or feel unsteady? 🦶

Your feet have small “core” muscles that help support your ankles, knees, and even hips. If those muscles get weak, the whole chain can feel it. Here’s how to strengthen them:

✅ Short-foot drills – gently pull the ball of your foot toward your heel to “shorten” your foot without curling your toes
✅ Toe yoga – practice lifting just your big toe, then just your smaller toes
✅ Balance work – try standing on one leg
✅ Supportive shoes – give your feet a strong base

Stronger feet = better support for your whole body. If your feet tire out quickly, we can build a foot-strength plan for you. Call today to schedule your appointment! 📞

Consistency matters for your trunk and postural muscles! 💪

A 12-week study showed that doing supervised trunk/postural muscle exercises 4x per week improved stability and reduced disability more than 2x per week.

That’s why we ask if you’re keeping up with your trunk and postural muscle strengthening! 😉

Shoulder pain isn’t always just about your shoulder!

A study found that people with shoulder pain often have:
🔹 Less neck mobility, leading to greater disability
🔹 Worse outcomes when pain lasts longer, especially in older patients

👉 Takeaway: Treating shoulder pain works best when we look at your neck too. Addressing both can lead to better results, which is what we do!

Better sleep starts with the right pillow! 💤🛏️

The wrong pillow can strain your neck and spine, leading to stiffness, headaches, and restless nights. A good pillow should support your head and neck in a neutral position—whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach. ✅

Want to stay healthy and active as you age? Your diet plays a significant role. 🥦🍎

A 30-year study found that people who eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, healthy fats, and low-fat dairy are more likely to age strong, sharp, and disease-free.

Eating less processed meat, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats also helps.

The takeaway: Choosing a balanced, mostly plant‑based diet with some healthy animal‑based foods can help you stay active and independent well into your 70s and beyond. 🙌

Have you had spine surgery and wonder if chiropractic care is safe? 🤔

A recent study looked at over 400 adults who had spinal surgery and later received spinal manipulation. The good news—no serious complications were reported after treatment.

What does this mean? For those with a history of spine surgery, spinal manipulative therapy may be a safe option when performed by trained professionals.

If you’re still dealing with pain or stiffness after surgery, you’re not alone—and effective treatment options remain.

Are you unsure what’s best for your spine? Let’s talk and find out if spinal manipulation or another mode of chiropractic care is appropriate for you. 🙌

When it comes to exercise and knee arthritis, think like Goldilocks. 💡

Too little movement? Your joints may stiffen up and get weaker.
Too much? You might be pushing them toward injury.
But just the right amount? That’s where the magic happens.

A recent study found that moderate daily activity helps protect against the progression of knee osteoarthritis. Over time, people who stayed in that “just right” zone had better joint health.

If your knees are sore or stiff, we can help you find the sweet spot where you can move enough to stay strong without risking your joints. 🙌

Let’s create an exercise plan that’s just right for you. Book a visit today. 🗓️

Tennis elbow isn’t just for tennis players—it can happen to anyone who uses their hand and wrist repeatedly, like typing, painting, or lifting at the gym. This overuse causes tiny tears in the forearm tendons, leading to pain, stiffness, and grip weakness.

Chiropractic care can help by reducing inflammation, restoring joint mobility, and using targeted exercises to strengthen your forearm—helping you recover faster and prevent flare-ups.

🎥 Watch this video to learn how we treat tennis elbow and get you back to your favorite activities pain-free. https://www.youtube.com/embed/3mNAbTxLOLQ?rel=0
