Many women carry invisible mental health struggles while trying to manage careers, relationships, caregiving, and the pressure to “do it all.” Anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges often show up in ways that aren’t always obvious—like chronic exhaustion, self-doubt, or feeling constantly on edge. Women are statistically more likely to experience these conditions, but too often they blame themselves instead of recognizing the weight they’ve been carrying.
This Women’s History Month, we’re not only honoring the strength of women throughout history—we’re also honoring the courage it takes to ask for help. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to carry it alone.
