Last Friday, we hosted our first AcuNidra session! 🧘‍♀️😌 This unique fusion of acupuncture and Yoga Nidra meditation is designed to ease stress, regulate the nervous system and promote deep rest.

Led by Dr. Colleen Curran and Tyler Mauler, participants experienced the grounding benefits of gentle acupuncture alongside a guided 60-minute meditation for mind-body reset.
