It’s a common belief that you’d know if you had an STI, but the truth is, many STIs don’t cause noticeable symptoms at all, especially in women.

Whether you’re in a new relationship, not in a mutually monogamous one, pregnant, or simply staying proactive about your health, feeling fine doesn’t always mean everything is fine. That’s why routine STI testing is one of the most effective ways to protect your health, your fertility, and your future.

Our providers offer compassionate, judgment-free care and routine STI testing to help you feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Meet Becky Striebinger, CNM

Becky’s journey into midwifery began with her own motherhood experience, after her daughter was born prematurely. Inspired by the care her family received, she spent seven years as a Labor & Delivery nurse before following her passion to become a Certified Nurse Midwife.

What Becky loves most is building real connections with her patients—walking alongside women through pregnancy, birth, and every step in between. Her goal is simple: to make every patient feel comfortable, supported, and truly cared for.

When she’s not caring for patients, Becky is busy cheering on her three kids at sporting events, spending time at the beach with her family, and hanging out with their goldendoodle, Jax.

Your cervix plays a vital role in your reproductive health, and regular screening is the only way to detect cervical cancer early, often before symptoms appear.

A Pap smear and HPV test help identify precancerous changes so they can be treated early, when outcomes are best. While many people feel nervous about screening, these visits are quick, routine, and an important step in protecting your long-term health.

Care should be a conversation built on trust, understanding, and support. If you’ve been delaying your screening, now is a great time to take that next step.

Meeting with a genetic counselor?

Before your appointment, talk casually with your family about medical history. Even general information can help your genetic counselor better understand your personal risk and guide the conversation.

Jennifer Razak, MGC, CGC, explains how gathering this background ahead of time can help make your visit more productive, informative, and personalized.
