Meet Kara — one of the incredible founding members of OTF Woodlake! 🍊

After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.

For Kara, it’s the friendships, support, and shared goals that make OTF feel like home. She’s a big fan of Tread 50 and already has her sights set on Strength 50 next! 👟🧡

Member Spotlight: Anne Thompson✨🍊

Meet one of our amazing members Anne, whose dedication goes beyond the studio!

“Being a member of OTF has transformed my physical and mental health. I am so grateful to be able to participate in the high energy workouts at this stage of my life. I love the motivating coaches, who genuinely care about the members,  the varied workouts that keep it from being monotonous, and the ability to track my heartrate and fitness level in real time.  I love the motivation of the group fitness where other members are so encouraging. OTF makes me feel stronger and have more energy to pursue other physically challenging activities outside of the gym.”

Proudest accomplishment since joining:
Having endurance and strength to consistently run during the tread block.

Hobbies and fun facts:
One of the reasons I workout at OTF is to stay in the best physical condition to compete in Equestrian Eventing and doing all the chores involved with owning horses.  I love hiking in the woods with our dogs as well.
