Celebrating one of our incredible doulas on reaching 20 births attended. Congratulations, Ashlee! We are so grateful for you and how you show up for all of the families you serve 😍

Last night I had the honor of supporting a mom as she welcomed her sweet baby girl into the world, and with that, I reached my 20th birth 🤍

11 girls and 9 boys!

Just 13 months ago, I attended my very first birth. Since then, I’ve learned more than I ever imagined and witnessed the most incredible strength, love, and support in so many different forms.

Every birth leaves a mark on my heart, and I’m so grateful to be trusted in such sacred moments. Here’s to all the families who’ve let me be part of their journey 💫

OR training done 👍🏼

Three more doulas from our team completed the Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital OR training today, which means we can now support our families during a c-section.

This is such a big deal! Birth doesn’t stop being personal just because it becomes surgical. Having a doula there means a familiar, reassuring presence in an unfamiliar space, steady emotional support, and care not just for mom, but for her primary support person too!

Today is Say Their Name Day 🤍

For every family who carries the love and the grief of a baby gone too soon: we see you. We honor you. We remember with you.

Your baby mattered. Your baby is loved. And their name deserves to be spoken, held, and heard.

If you feel comfortable, we invite you to share your baby’s name in the comments, or simply share a heart, a symbol, or whatever feels meaningful to you. We would be honored to hold space for them and you today.

Say Their Name Day is a day to speak the names of babies gone too soon, keeping their memory alive and reminding grieving families that their child is never forgotten.

If you’re pregnant right now… this is for you!

Somewhere between the late-night Googling and the “is this normal?” thoughts, it’s easy to start feeling overwhelmed.

Like you should have all the answers.
Like you’re supposed to just know what’s happening in your body.
Like everyone else has it figured out but you.

But the truth is, you’re not meant to do this alone.

You deserve support.
You deserve reassurance.
You deserve someone you can turn to without second-guessing yourself.

In honor of World Doula Week, this is your reminder: you don’t have to carry all of this by yourself!!
