Lionhead Reiki Bread is slow-fermented sourdough made by hand, with patience, presence, and reiki energy woven into every step.
Each loaf is shaped slowly, allowed to rest fully, and made in small batches so nothing is rushed.
Patience gives the dough time to develop flavor, structure, and digestibility.
Reiki brings grounding, calm, and intention into the process.
Together, they create bread meant to nourish more than just hunger.
This is slow food for a softer life.
