The plant sale is next weekend. They've moved this year to the old Reid Realty next to the sunshine store and across hwy 3 from the old place. 💚

Our Spring Plant Sale is less than 2 weeks away! Saturday, May 3rd from 9am to 1pm. Our location is new! We will now be at the new offices of JL Scott, at The Heron, the old Reid Real Estate building just south of Taco Bell. There will be plenty of signs to guide you! Lots of plant goodies and also our popular drawing for a wheel barrow full of garden goodies. Questions? Message us.

I am presenting 2 continuing education classes this weekend for bodyworkers and movement teachers. The Rhythm of the Bones on Saturday, April 26, 2025 10-4pm to teach the spiral nature of the bones from the foot up the leg to the spine. I am also teaching Centering and the Abdominal Muscles on Sunday, April 27, 2025 9-5pm. This class is full of possibilites for looking at and teaching the abdominal muscles from the deepest layer of the transverse abdominis to the superifical layer of the re**us abdominis in all planes from lying down, to sitting, to standing and moving upright.
