Just a little note to introduce myself and the work I will be offering.

•pregnancy, birth and postpartum mentoring
•support for early birth (pregnancy loss) and pregnancy release
•postpartum support and care
Support for each individual and/or family is unique to them, their experience and intention.
The quiet presence of acceptance is a powerful ally. A powerful healer. Our journey through the time of childbearing ought to be resourced, held and witnessed.
I believe in Mothering as resistance and caring for those who Mother for societal shift. I believe that
Pregnancy is political
Birth is political
Postpartum is political
and
Parenting is political
And I believe that none of them should be. I believe that each act of sovereignty in our decisions brings us closer as a collective to a place of integrity and acceptance.
⟡About me⟡
I am Mother to two children who I birthed into my hands with only their father in attendance.
My partner and I have been together for ten years this year. Our relationship is my home.
With early lived experience of violence I know the fathoms of darkness that can overwhelm at any time and be all enveloping. There is no human experience too painful to be softened by presence. This knowing is center in all I do.
