December 1st was a joyous occasion here at Concordia Health and Rehab. Join us in wishing a very happy 100 years to our resident, Geraldine! She is a gentle and kind woman who always has a smile for anyone she meets. Her favorite color is red and we love her boldness! She has been at Concordia a few years now and we are so blessed to know her. Geraldine was joined by our resident, Evelyn, who turned 100 back in September. We are so thankful for both of these women! Happy Birthday, Geraldine! ❤️

Last week we celebrated National Housekeeping Week at Concordia. Sherry, Laura, and Trudy keep our facility spotless. They all pour their heart and soul into every action and we are blessed to have them on our team!

❤️❤️❤️We had a very special celebration at Concordia Health and Rehab on September 1st. Our wonderful resident, Evelyn Hemann, turned 100!! Evelyn has lived with us here at Concordia for a year now. Evelyn is by far one of our most spirited residents. She always has a smile and a friendly hello for everyone she meets. She is always dressed to the nines and we admire her timeless beauty! Join us in wishing Evelyn the happiest of birthdays and congratulations on 100 years!! ❤️❤️❤️

-1st Shift LPN - We have 2 full time openings. $6500 Sign on Bonus paid in 4 parts (every 90 days). $30-$34/hr depending on experience. This position is responsible for medication pass, treatments, and supervising CNAs. Rotating weekends. We would be willing to hire a part-time LPN if your schedule works with ours.

- 2nd Shift CNA - We have 2 full time openings. $2000 Sign on Bonus paid in 4 parts (every 90 days). $15-$18/hr depending on experience. Rotating weekends.

-Director of Nursing - We are looking for the right person to lead our nursing department. Must have a current RN license and at least 1 year of LTC experience. This role pays $60-$75K depending on experience.
