91 years old!

Hi friends! I still make it to the gym twice a week. Staying active helps me feel young and strong, even at 91. I recently ran into Jill Brown, a wonderful trainer who helps people over 40 reach their fitness goals. God bless her for the good work she’s doing. Having a trainer keeps me motivated and on track.
