To all the mothers out there… Happy Mother’s Day. 🌿

Motherhood changes you in ways words almost can’t explain. I’m a mother to one wonderful grown son, and I truly cannot imagine my life without him in it. There were seasons in life that were not easy, seasons where I felt tired, lost, uncertain, and stretched thin… but becoming his mother lit a fire inside of me that never went out.

He gave me a reason to keep going.
A reason to heal.
A reason to become stronger.
A reason to succeed.

Sometimes our children save us just by existing… just by being ours.

And I know so many mothers here understand exactly what I mean. Whether your babies are little, grown, near, far away, or only held in your heart — your love matters deeply. The sacrifices, the sleepless nights, the worry, the strength, the nurturing… it shapes this world more than people realize.

Today I just want to celebrate all of you. 🤍

I’ve been working on a new blend called Electric Indigo, and I finally finished a small batch for this weekend’s markets.

This blend brews a deep indigo blue from butterfly pea flower, and when lemon is added it shifts into vibrant purple right in your cup. It’s one of those teas people instantly stop and ask about when they see it brewing on the table.

But I didn’t create it just because it’s pretty.

🦋 Butterfly pea flower is rich in antioxidants and has long been used in traditional herbal practices to support overall wellness and healthy aging.

🌺 Hibiscus brings that bright tart flavor while naturally supporting heart health and circulation, and it’s packed with vitamin C and plant antioxidants.

🌿 Lemongrass adds a fresh citrus note and has traditionally been used to support digestion and help the body feel refreshed and balanced.

🌱 Mint gives the blend its cooling finish while helping soothe the stomach and make this tea especially refreshing iced.

I think this one is going to be perfect for warmer market days, and I only made a small batch to start with.

You can find Electric Indigo this weekend at the Bentonville Farmers Market on Saturday and the Bella Vista Farmers Market on Sunday.

Big things are blooming for Ozark Woodland Apothecary 🌿

Yesterday at the Eureka Springs Farmers' Market, I had the sweetest surprise visit from the owner of Granny’s Place & Apothecary in downtown Eureka Springs. She stepped away from her shop to come experience everything Ozark Woodland Apothecary has been creating… and we instantly connected over a shared love for natural living, community, and plant-based wellness.

I’m so excited to officially announce that a selection of my bestselling loose-leaf tea blends, herbal infused honeys, and herbal bath blends will soon be available inside her beautiful shop 🌿🍯

Moments like this mean so much to a small business owner. What started as blending herbs in my kitchen and sharing them at local farmers markets is continuing to grow into something I only dreamed about.

I’m beyond grateful to be working alongside so many incredible women-owned businesses and beautiful local spaces like Made Market, Oak Hollow Market, and now Granny’s Place & Apothecary.

I won't be at this week's mid-week market, I have a vet appointment that I've been waiting a month or more to get into. Kids Club at the Market is back next Saturday, May 9! 🥕🥬🍎

Held every second Saturday of the month, Kids Club brings kids and families together at the Bentonville Farmers Market for hands-on learning all about agriculture, nutrition, sustainability, and local food systems.

This month’s theme is Flower to Fruit with a sweet spotlight on strawberries. 🍓
